Warren murder suspect arrested in Washington state

WARREN – A suspect in a 2020 city homicide was arrested late Friday afternoon outside of Seattle, Wash., according to a news release from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.

Cameron Tillis, 36, was arrested in a home in the 2000 block of SW Sunset Boulevard in Renton, Wash., about 15 miles southeast of Seattle, after investigators in late October gathered information that he had fled Ohio for the Pacific Northwest.

Tillis was wanted for aggravated murder, having weapons under disability and tampering with evidence in connection with the Aug. 2, 2020, death of Delquan Ware, 24, who was shot while driving a vehicle on Summit Street NW.
