YOUNGSTOWN – The portion of Interstate 680 North near downtown Youngstown that was closed throughout the morning has reopened, the Ohio Department of Transportation reported at 1:30 p.m. today.

It was closed after a semi tractor trailer overturned at around 5 a.m. trapping one person inside. The crash happened just north of U.S Route 62 add Market Street exit. The crash also damaged the trailer, causing it to lose some of its load. The tractor and trailer were hauled away at around 12:30 p.m. Workers placed a garbage receptacle on the roadway, apparently to collect items from the trailer.
