Mon. 10:20 a.m.: Country ‘great’ coming to Packard

WARREN – Jamey Johnson will perform at Packard Music Hall on April 9, 2020.

Called “one of the greatest country singers of our time” by the Washington Post, Johnson is an 11-time Grammy nominee and a two-time winner of song of the year from both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association for “Give It Away” and “In Color.” His 2012 album, “Living for a Song: A Tribute to Hank Cochran,” paired him with Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss, Elvis Costello and Merle Haggard.

Opening the 8 p.m. show will be Caitlin Canty. Tickets range from $33 to $82.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Packard box office and through Ticketmaster. An online-only pre-sale runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday with the password: PACKARD.
