Fri. 11:51 a.m.: Warren woman charged with making terroristic threats
WARREN — A woman stopped for speeding while traveling west on South Street at 9 p.m. Thursday later was arrested on charges of making terroristic threats against the police department and misuse of 911.
Porsha L. Edmond, 26, 626 Commerce St. NW, Warren, pleaded not guilty this morning to the charges.
Police said Edmond repeatedly called Trumbull County 911, yelled obscenities at the dispatchers and threatened to blow up the Warren Police Department.
