• TRUMBULL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS will have a special meeting at 11 a.m. today in the commissioners’ hearing room to discuss the future of the Trumbull County Dog Pound, and organize a task force to help address issues concerning the dog abandonment crisis in Trumbull County, the need for a new dog pound and related issues for canine care.
