Owl program set Sunday

OWLS AT UPTON: A program on owls is set from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Harriet Taylor Upton House, 380 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren. Guests will learn about Harriet Taylor Upton and also owls, with a magical Harry Potter twist. Activities will include a Harry Potter-themed scavenger hunt, a free book about owls and live owls from Jason Lee, naturalist of Mosquito Lake Park. Admission is free.
ACUPUNCTURE FOR VETS: The Acupuncture Center, 500 E. Market St., Warren, will offer free treatments for veterans 2 to 4 p.m. today. The acupuncture treatments are to help veterans with pain, injury and post-traumatic stress. For a free appointment, call 330-652-4979.
SUMMER CAMP: The Trumbull County Historical Society will host a hands on History Summer Camp 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Thursday at Center Brook Manor in Bloomfield The program is for ages 6 to 12. The manor is a stop on the Underground Railroad. The three-day camp blends education and play, where children can explore local history with games, crafts and storytelling The camp includes Pioneer Life and the Revolutionary War, the Underground Railroad and Archaeology Day. The $60 fee covers all classes, activities and materials.
