• NEWTON TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES will meet 6:30 p.m. today at the township hall.

• LIBERTY BOARD OF EDUCATION will meet 5 p.m. today at the high school auditorium.

• TRUMBULL COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES will meet 5 p.m. today at the Tomaski Center, 45 North Road, Niles. The finance committee will meet 4:30 p.m.

• McDONALD VILLAGE COUNCIL will have a public hearing at 5 p.m. followed by the planning commission meeting, both at the municipal building.

• HOWLAND BOARD OF EDUCATION will meet 5:30 p.m. today at HC Mines Elementary School.

• LORDSTOWN UTILITIES COMMITTEE will meet 4 p.m. today with the Board of Public Affairs in council chambers at the village municipal building. The streets and sidewalks committee will meet at 5 p.m. and the finance committee will meet at 6 p.m., all in council chambers.
