March 24, 3:27 p.m. — Disturbance with unwanted person reported in the 4100 block of Hallock Young Road, Newton Township.
3:33 a.m. — Deputies check the welfare of a mental patient walking along state Route 305 near Ridge Road, Fowler.
March 23, 2:01 a.m. — Possible overdose reported in the 800 block of Jewell North Road, Newton Township. Kate Harkless, 33, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug abuse instruments and a warrant from Trumbull County Common Pleas Court. Robert Arrowood, 30, of Masury, was arrested on warrants from Warren Municipal Court for a drug possession charge and failure to appear.
