Bristol library will play games

FAMILY NIGHT: Bristol Public Library will be joining over a thousand libraries around the world in celebrating International Game Week today through Saturday. The library will hold a Family Game Night 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday. All ages are welcome to stop in and play a variety of games. One ticket will be given per person participating and will be entered into a drawing for game-themed prizes.

ASSOCIATION TO MEET: The Northwest Neighborhood Association will meet 6:30 p.m. today at Grace United Methodist Church for a program by police detective Brian Crites of the Warren Police Department.

BAND HOLDS CONCERT: The Austintown schools middle and high school bands will hold a chili cookoff and concert 5 p.m. Sunday at the middle school. The event is a tribute to veterans with a performance by both school bands.

FALL BOOK SALE: The Kinsman Free Library, 6420 Church St., will hold a fall book sale from Saturday to Nov. 14.

DEER HUNTING CLINIC: The Hubbard Conservation Club will hold a deer hunt clinic classroom 9 a,m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. For information, call Fred at 330-501-7650 or Mike at 330-261-5987.

LEARNING ABOUT CONSTELLATIONS: The OH WOW! The Roger & Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology in Youngstown will hold Hack It LED constellation from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday for children ages 9 and older. Children can explore circuitry and robotics. Call 330-744-5914.
