Throw around disc for fun time

AFTER WORK ADVENTURE: Trumbull County MetroParks will hold an After Work Adventures 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the disc golf course at the Clarence Darrow MetroPark in Champion. After Work Adventures will be held at various MetroParks locations. This event was rescheduled from last week due to rain. Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions and do demonstrations. Discs will be provided if people do not have them.

MAKE IT AT LIBRARY: The Liberty Library Branch will hold a Make It at the Library craft 6 p.m. today. The craft program is for adults ages 16 and older. Registration is required.

COMMUNITY GARAGE SALES: Newton Falls community-wide garage sale will be held Friday to Sunday. Maps of locations in the city will be available at the Huntington Band, Ohio Tax Lady and www.nfaca.net.

BLOCKWATCH TO MEET: Girard second and third wards blockwatch will meet 6 p.m. Thursday at Girard Free Library community room. There will be a program on the Girard FIRST Robotics Team 379 with members of the team and advisers attending.

MINECRAFT MANIA: Minecraft Mania will be held 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library. Children ages 8 to 13 will play on a local server with fellow MInecraft fans. The library will provide laptops. This event is for children who know how to play (not an instructional event).
