RIBBON CUTTING: A ribbon cutting and dedication is 2 p.m. Saturday for the new entrance at Hubbard Public Library. State Sen. Sean O’Brien and state Rep. Glenn Holmes will attend. The eagle, made by Hubbard artist Linda Clark, is mounted on a pedestal made by Hubbard High School wood technology class.
