JOURNEY THROUGH AFRICA: Inspiring Minds’ 13th annual fundraising gala is being planned 4 to 7 p.m. April 13 at the MetroPlex Expo Center in Liberty. Since 2006, thousands of at-risk youth have been inspired by educational, personal, physical and professional opportunities through Inspiring Minds. DOG SHOW: The Youngstown All-Breed Training Club will hold an agility trial dog show 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. today, Saturday and Sunday at the Niles Wellness Center at Waddell Park in Niles.

HOWLAND PRESENTATION: The Howland High School Drama Club will present “Bye, Bye Birdie” 7 p.m. March 22, 2 and 7 p.m. March 23 and 2 p.m. March 24 at Howland Middle School.

PATHS LEAD TO EMPLOYMENT: The Trumbull Career and Technical Center, 528 Educational Highway, Champion, will hold “All Paths Lead to Employment” 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. Various organizations and agencies will discuss topics for parents, guardians, students and educators about available resources and educational opportunities to help plan for the future of students K-12 with disabilities. MOVIE CHAT: The Monday Movie Matinee Watch and Chat will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Warren- Trumbull County Public Library’s main branch with the showing of “The Natural.” After watching the featured movie on the screen in the library meeting room, there will be discussion led by a reference librarian.

LEGO CLUB: The Lego Club for children in grades K-6 will be 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Cortland Library Branch. Participants will create with the library’s collection of LEGO building bricks. All structures will remain at the library.
