EVENT AT LIBRARY: The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave., Warren, will hold a Craft a Cat Castle 2 p.m. Friday at the library.

The free event is for adults only. Registration is required by calling 330-399-8807, Ext. 200.

DOG BODY LANGUAGE: The Friends of the Mosquito Lake Dog Park will hold a dog body language seminar 3 p.m. Saturday at the Niles Wellness Center. Jenny Falvey, owner of Dog Smarts Unleashed, will present the seminar, which will show how dogs communicate with other dogs and humans through the use of body language.

GRANDPARENTS RIGHTS: Magistrates Jack Pico and Debbie Smith of Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Department will present an overview of “Grandparents Visitation and Custody Rights Under Ohio Law” during a lunch-and-learn session noon today at the Girard Multi-Generational Center, 443 Trumbull Ave.

The public is invited to attend the free event but reservations are required by calling the center at 330-545-6596.

MEETING RESCHEDULED: The membership meeting for the Niles Historical Society will be held 10 a.m. Saturday in the Westenfield Room on the grounds of the Ward-Thomas House, 503 Brown St., Niles.

The original meeting was postponed due to inclement weather.

Plans for the annual banquet will be discussed. The slate of 2019 officers will be presented along with the annual budget.

FREE TESTING: Warren City Health District Nursing Division is offering free HIV testing from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday in Room 327 at the Warren City Health Department, 258 E. Market St., Warren, third floor.
