Liberty firm buys retail plaza, outparcels for $16.5M

BOARDMAN — Affiliates of a Liberty-based real estate investment firm are the buyers of the Tiffany Square retail plaza and four connected outparcels, which sold for $16.5 million.

Tiffany Square, a 179,000-square-foot shopping center on Boardman Poland Road that contains Marshall’s, Hobby Lobby, Ashley Furniture, Fin Feather Fur and Michael Alberini’s Restaurant, was bought for $10.1 million by RAF Investments Ltd., according to property transfers with the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office.

The four associated outparcels contain a Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Panera Bread and Huntington Bank, according to Bill Kutlick with Platz Realty Group.

The auditor’s office also shows the Chick-fil-A property, 1110 Boardman Poland Road, was bought for $1.9 million by FPG Victor Limited; McDonald’s property, 1180 Boardman Poland Road, for $1.9 million by FPG Alpha Limited; Panera property, 7121 South Ave., for $1.6 million by FPG Delta Limited; and Huntington Bank property, 7235 South Ave., for $905,614 by FPG Tango Limited.

RAF Investments, FPG Victor, FPG Alpha, FPG Delta and FPG Tango all list a tax billing address of 130 Churchill Hubbard Road in Liberty, the address of V and V Real Estate Investments.

A message seeking comment was left with V and V. The transfers finalized Friday.

The adjacent Tiffany Plaza on Tiffany Boulevard, which is anchored by Marcs, was recently sold by Kutlick for $7.9 million.
