Tiffany Plaza in Boardman sold to Solon company for $7.95M

BOARDMAN — The Tiffany Plaza Shopping Center in Boardman has been sold.

Kutlik Realty LLC recently announced the transaction. According to the Mahoning County Auditor’s office, Carnegie Companies LLC and Carnegie Land Co. LLC out of Solon purchased the propety for $7.95 million.

Located at the corner of Tiffany Boulevard and U.S. Route 224 near Interstate 680, the center includes Marc’s grocery store, AT&T, Catullo Prime Meats, Classic Bakery, Sherwin-Williams, Window Depot, Mocha House, Quality Mattress, Pebblestone Floors, Pulp Smoothies and Boardman Dialysis.

Bill Kutlik was the sole agent for the seller, Mayor Family LLC.

Tiffany Plaza is situated on 12.2 acres and is 124,041 square feet. Built in 1988, the center underwent an expansion in 1991 and multiple renovations over the years.
