Cortland Bancorp rallies in trading Wednesday
After losing more than $2 per share on Tuesday, Cortland Bancorp stock rallied in trading Wednesday, gaining $1.98 per share to close at $24.69. First Niles Financial held steady to close again at $8.50 per share.
