Local bank stocks hold steady in Monday trading
After up-and-down trading last week, Cortland Bancorp shares stood pat Monday, closing at $22.20 per share, the same price it ended at last week. First Niles Financial also remained unchanged, closing at $9.11 per share for the fifth day in a row.
