JCC Theatre runs ‘Seussical Jr.’
The Jewish Community Center of Youngstown’s School of Theatre will stage its production of the musical “Seussical Jr.” this weekend at the DeYor Performing Arts Center’s Ford Family Recital Hall, 260 W. Federal St., Youngstown.
The show features such beloved Dr. Seuss characters as The Cat in the Hat, Horton the elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie and JoJo. Director Savannah Teter and musical director Laura Kunkel work with a cast of 27 children.
Show times are 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $15 and are available online at deyorpac.org and by calling the DeYor box office at 330-259-9651.
