WonderStruck moves to Sept. 12-13

KIRTLAND — WonderStuck, a music and arts festival originally scheduled June 6-7 at Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, has been moved to Sept. 12-13.

The Elevation Group, promoters of the event formerly known as LaureLive and previously held on the grounds of the Laurel School in Russell Township, announced that the headliners each day — Portugal. The Man and Walk the Moon — would remain the same.

Several other acts originally scheduled will remain on the bill as well, including Of Monsters and Men, Third Eye Blind, Quinn XCII, Trombone Shorty, Saint Motel, Shaed, The Airborne Toxic Event, Atlas Genius, The Vindys and The Floorwalkers.

Additional lineup updates will be announced as they become available.

A statement released Tuesday by Elevation Group said, “As you know, many music festivals around the country are canceling their events entirely. But after considering our fans, community, musicians, vendors, sponsors and employees, we did not want to cancel. Moving WonderStruck to September should give us the proper time necessary to stage our festival in a safe and healthy environment.”

All previously purchased passes will be valid for the new dates or can be exchanged for the same level passes for the 2021 festival. Emails will be sent to ticket holders with more details about the exchanges.
