• The amphitheater in Burgettstown, Pa., now has a new name — S&T Bank Music Park (or you can do what most folks do and just keep calling it Star Lake). And the first act announced there after the name change is an old favorite. Jimmy Buffett & the Coral Reefer Band will play there on July 16 as part of their Slack Tide Tour. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Live Nation.

• Halsey announced a world tour that includes a June 21 date at Blossom Music Center. Chvrches and Omar Apollo will open. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Jan. 17 through Live Nation. And Rod Stewart will be joined by Cheap Trick on his summer tour, which will kick off at Blossom Music Center on July 21. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Live Nation.

• Kidz Bop Live, featuring kids singing cleaned up versions of today’s pop hits, will play Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica on July 19 and UPMC Events Center in Moon, Pa., on Dec. 6. Tickets for both shows go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Live Nation.

• Michael Stanley & the Resonators will play two sets and feature songs from the Michael Stanley Band’s 1977 live album “Stage Pass” for a March 7 gig at the Akron Civic Theatre. Tickets range from $38.50 to $63.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster.
