Center presents scouting program

Fritz Coombs and Bill Moss will speak on “The Scouting Movement: How It All Began” at the next Bites and Bits of History program at the Tyler History Center, 325 W. Federal St., Youngstown.

The program will focus on the life of Robert Baden-Powell, original founder of the scouting movement. Coombs is a former Eagle Scout who has held a variety of leadership positions at the unit, district and council levels. Moss has been involved in scouting for most of his life, including the last 51 years as an adult leader.
