Tyler Center presents Titanic program

Local connections to the Titanic will be the topic of the next Bites and Bits of History lunch program at noon April 18 at the Tyler History Center, 325 W. Federal St., Youngstown.

Industialist George Dennick Wick died in the sinking of the oceanliner on April 12, 1912, and several of his family members survived. Traci Manning, curator of education for the Mahoning Valley Historical Society, will talk about those Youngstown connections. Guests can bring lunch or order from downtown businesses.
