Big Tap-In festival serves up craft brews in Liberty

LIBERTY — The Big Tap-In, billed as the biggest craft beer festival between Cleveland and Pittsburgh, runs from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Metroplex Expo Center, 1620 Motor Inn Drive, Liberty.

Brews from nearly 50 companies, including many northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania breweries, will be available, with many offering as many as four different styles to sample. Disco Inferno will perform, and area food trucks and vendors will be on site.

The VIP session, which is sold out, starts at noon. The general session runs 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $55 and are available through Eventbrite. Designated driver tickets are $33 and include non-alcoholic beverages.
