Method 8 will premiere its latest film, “Pimbolton Park,” at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Holiday Inn, 7410 South Ave., Boardman.

Written and directed by Method 8 founder Brian K. West, the film tells the story of a newly elected politician who is eager to bring jobs to a rundown city, but he faces an obstacle when a group of kids come together to stop him from tearing down a historic dance hall in the city. The locally shot film stars West, Joyce Jones, Sa’Riya Hildreth, James Jones, Jason Scott, Jessica Berg, Edward Frame, Solomon Kennedy, Mykel Hubbard, Eugene Hubbard Jr., MaryLynn Kirkwood and Delaney Malley.
