The engagement and approaching marriage of Alissa Marie Kovalik to Richard Michael Casalina Jr., are being announced by the bride-elect’s parents, Frank Kovalik and Elizabeth Kovalik, both of Southington. Parents of the groom-elect are Richard Casalina and Mary Alice Casalina, both of South Euclid.

Miss Kovalik is employed part time by the Values-in-Action Foundation in Mayfield.

Mr. Casalina is a grant writer and program facilitator for Values-in-Action Foundation in Mayfield, and the head of the tech department for Colossalcon Conventions.

The couple will be united in marriage during an open wedding ceremony 1 p.m. Feb. 15, 2020, at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, Lakewood. Invitations will be issued for a reception to be held at Copperstone Catering and Event Center in Brooklyn.
