The engagement and approaching marriage of Jessica A. Williams to David A. Bowman are being announced by the bride-elect’s parents, Charles and Judy Williams of Warren. Parents of the groom-elect are Kenneth and Karen Bowman of Toledo.

Miss Williams graduated from the University of Toledo. She is employed as a service and support specialist with Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Toledo).

Mr. Bowman graduated from Owen’s Community College. He is employed as a police officer with Washington Township Police Department and as a service technician with Toledo Door and Window.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held June 2 at First United Mehthodist Church in Warren. Invitations have been issued for the ceremony and the reception to be held at DiVieste’s Banquet Hall, Warren.
