• 11th Annual Apple Cook off: 9:15 a.m. Oct. 8 in the coffee bar. Participate by making your favorite apple dish and entering it in the tasting contest. Sign-ups required for entrants, as well as attendees. See staff for more information.

• Chair Massages with Ruth: 10 a.m. Oct. 10. Must sign up.

• Craft Class: 9 a.m. Oct. 13 in the coffee bar.

• Bingo with Windsor House: 9:15 a.m. Oct. 14 in the coffee bar. Come and play for a chance to win some of your favorite farmers market items.

• Trivia Fun and Sundae Bar: 10 a.m. Oct. 17 in the coffee bar.

• Greeting Card Class: 1 p.m. Oct. 20. Let Lucy teach you how to make the perfect greeting card. Seating is limited. Sign up by Oct. 17.

• Blood Pressure Screenings with Mercy Health: 9 a.m. Oct. 21.

• Boscov’s Friends Helping Friends event: Oct. 22. $5 for a 25% discount shopping pass for the day. All proceeds go to the center. See a staff member to purchase a shopping pass. Leave the center at 10 a.m. to go to Boscov’s then lunch at O’Charley’s at noon. Lunch is self-paid. Must sign up.

• Healthier at Home with Mercy Health: 10 a.m. Oct. 24. A free program to learn about self-care, general medical conditions and how to identify a medical emergency. Must sign up.

• Bingo sponsored by Humility House: 10 a.m. Oct. 28. Join Christine in the coffee bar for some bingo fun.
