HIV TESTING DAY: The Warren City Health District will be hosting an event in honor of National HIV Testing Day, offering free testing for HIV, Hepatitis C and Syphilis, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at Walgreens, 804 W. Market St., Warren.
