HEALTH DISTRICT CLINICS: The Warren City Health District’s Wellness on Wheels will be onsite from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, along with the Trumbull Mobile Market, at St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store, 540 Main St., Warren.

• The Warren City Health District will be providing a public covid / flu vaccine clinic from 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday at the Warren City Health District, 258 E. Market St., Warren. No appointment needed.

• The Health District’s Wellness on Wheels mobile health unit will be onsite from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday at Friendship Baptist Church, 1954 Brier St. SE, Warren.

All services are available for Warren residents as well as the surrounding areas.

SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET: The Brain Injury Family Education and Survivor’s Support Group will meet 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, at Howland United Methodist Church, 730 Howland Wilson Road NE.

All meetings are free of charge; no registration is required.

The BIFE&SSG offers a relaxed environment in which individuals can learn about recovery from brain injury, brain trauma and other brain health issues. In addition, members share experiences and gain support from others.

PARKINSON’S SUPPORT: The Parkinson’s Support Group will meet 6 p.m. April 24 at Champion Christian Church, 151 W. Center St., Warren. This is a chance to meet others standing up to PD and learn from each other.

MOBILE MAMMOGRAMS: The Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center (JACBCC) Mobile Mammography Unit will be traveling around northeast Ohio throughout April.

Mercy Health — Youngstown announced the following mobile mammography screening dates in April:

• Thursday — 8 to 10:30 a.m., St. Joe’s at the Mall, 5555 Youngstown Warren Rd #202, Niles.

• Friday — 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., TJ Maxx Distribution Center, 2900 Ellsworth-Bailey Road, Lordstown.

• April 22 — 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., Mercy Health — Howland Primary Care, 1932 Niles-Cortland Road, Warren.

• April 24 — 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., Mercy Health — Vienna Primary Care, 341 Youngstown-Kingsville Road, Vienna.

SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS: The Alzheimer’s Association Greater East Ohio Area Chapter makes Alzheimer’s caregiver support groups available for free to all caregivers, family members and friends with a loved one affected by the disease or another form of dementia.
