AEROBICS SURVEY: SCOPE Through a grant from the Mercy Health Foundation, SCOPE will host free fitness classes such as aerobics and Zumba at any of its five Trumbull County centers. SCOPE would like to know what time of day (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.); which center location (Cortland, Howland, Newton Falls, Niles or Warren); and which day(s) of the week or weekend would work best for those who want to join. Participants can select either aerobics or Zumba or even both types of classes.

Mercy Health will pay for and provide the instructors for these classes if enough seniors participate. These classes will be free to those 60 and older. Call 330-399-8846 or email Mike Wilson at mwilson@fcsohio.org with your interest.

DANCING SURVEY: SCOPE Senior Services has announced the opportunity to have line dancing and / or ballroom style dancing on the wooden floor gymnasium at the Warren Senior Citizen Center in the YWCA building.

SCOPE is partnering with Artistically U Dance Studio to provide instructors for line dancing as well as ballroom dance classes for mature citizens. There will be a small instructor charge per class.

These classes will occur at the Warren Senior Center, 375 N. Park Ave.
