ONEHEALTH GRANT FINALIST: The ONE Health Ohio Dietetics and Nutrition Program has been recognized by siggi’s yogurt as a finalist in the siggi’s starters grant program. The grant will help nutrition professionals implement a community nutrition program. Upon winning, ONE Health Ohio would utilize the funds at its newest location on the South Side of Youngstown. The yogurt company starters will award three $20,000 grants and offer ongoing mentorship from siggi’s to help bring the program to life. Members of the community can review the “ONE Health Grows” proposal and vote at www.siggis.com/starters through Aug. 3.

Funding and support from the siggi’s starters program would help ONE Health Ohio build a community garden and greenhouse to grow fresh produce to give away to patients.
