Kellie Violet Cusick and Brian Michael Doucet were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held May 31, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Butler, Pa. Pastor Joel Benson officiated.

A reception was held following the ceremony at The Atrium in Prospect, Pa.

The bride is the daughter of William and Cathy Cusick of Greenville, Pa. The groom is the son of the late Laura Doucet.

Also, the bride is the granddaughter of William and Sophie Cusick of Greenville, Pa., and the late Nick and Mary Slovinsky, formerly of Kinsman.

Melinda Dubic attended the bride as matron of honor, while Julie Slovinsky, cousin of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Samantha Doucet, sister of the groom. Cecelia Sensesak, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl.

Performing the duties of best man for the groom was Art Granzeier. Groomsmen were Alex Alioto, John Kamau, and nephew of the groom Matthew McNeal. Ke’Aire McNeal, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer.

The new Mrs. Doucet received a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is employed as cosmetics manager / executive trainee for Boscou’s in Butler, Pa.

Mr. Doucet also graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in management and a B.S. in human resources management. He is serving as staff sergeant with the 171st Air Refueling Wing, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, Moon Township, Pa.

Following a honeymoon to Sandals Resort, Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple resides in Butler, Pa.
