Packard plans safety program, group ride

A group motorcycle ride will follow the final program in the National Packard Museum’s “Coffee & Donut” educational series.

Al Navecky will speak on “Group Riding Safety” at 11 a.m. Saturday at the museum, 1899 Mahoning Ave. N.W., Warren. The lecture series is programmed in conjunction with “Motorcycles 3 for 10,” the museum’s annual antique motorcycle exhibit, which will be on display through June 1.

Following the lecture, weather permitting, seminar participants will leave the museum at noon for a 90-minutes group ride through Trumbull County’s scenic back roads.

The group ride will end with lunch at Little Wing Cafe, 2750 Mahoning Ave. N.W., Warren.

The seminar and group ride is free with paid admission to the museum ($8 for adults and $5 for senior citizens and children ages 7-12).

Call 330-394-1899 or email to register or for more information.

Coffee and refreshments will be provided during the lecture. The cost of lunch is not included.
