Justine Anne Pendel and Jonathan Vernon Coleman were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony on Sept. 7, 2013, the same date of the bride’s parents’ wedding that took place in 1963. Justine and Jonathan were married at St. Bartholomew’s Catholic Church, Sharpsville, Pa., by the Rev. Mark Stockton.
Parents of the couple are Judith A. Pendel of Brookfield and the late Ronald A. Pendel and Vernon and Patricia Coleman of Burghill.
The bride was escorted by her brother, Steven M. Pendel.
A reception was held at The Park Inn by Radisson, West Middlesex.
Jennifer L. Carr attended her sister as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Samantha Coleman, groom’s sister, Adrianne Coleman, groom’s sister-in-law, Trudy Stamos, Julie Settle, Kristin Breegle and Katherine Liston. Sydney Carr, bride’s niece, was the junior bridesmaid.
Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Joseph Coleman. Groomsmen were David Carr, bride’s brother-in-law, Frank Longley, Aaron Horodyski, Jay Davidson, and Dale Onstott, all friends of the groom.
The new Mrs. Coleman graduated from Youngs-town State University with a degree in French and from Fortis Institute, Erie, with a degree in dental hygiene. She is employed by Primary Health Network.
Mr. Coleman graduated from YSU with a degree in criminal justice. He is employed in law enforcement.
Following a honeymoon to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple reside in Howland.
