April Marie Beavers and Jonathan Michael Massett were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Sept. 22, 2012, at First United Methodist Church in Warren. The Rev. Rick L. Oaks officiated.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Sorrento’s Banquet Hall, also in Warren.
The bride is the daughter of the late Bonnie Sue Beavers. Parents of the groom are Allen and Julie Dye of Warren and Michael and Patricia Massett of Marietta.
Melissa Vinarsky attended the bride as matron of honor, while Chelsea Dye, sister of the groom, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Poullas, Dallas Kay Zickefoose and Sonni Dawn Pellillo.
Performing the duties of best man for the groom were Mathew Ozanich and Brandon DeSalvo. Groomsmen were Matthew Pellillo, T.J. Rush and Tom Dempsey. Connor Bailey, nephew of the groom, served as a junior groomsman.
The new Mrs. Massett is a 2002 graduate of Champion High School and a 2007 graduate of Kent State University. She is employed as a legal assistant for Reimer, Arnovitz, Chernek and Jeffrey Co., LPA in Solon.
Mr. Massett is a 2002 graduate of Newton Falls High School. He is employed as a licensed sales representative for Allen Dye State Farm Insurance Agency in Warren and also as a firefighter/EMT for the Champion Township Fire Department.
Following a honeymoon to Antigua, the couple resides in Champion.
