Ogan-McGuire

Colleen Elizabeth Ogan and Patrick John McGuire were married during a wedding Mass held June 16, 2012, at SS. Cyril and Methodius Church in Warren.

Officiating the event was the Rev. James Walker.

A reception was held following the Mass at Leo’s Ristorante in Warren.

The bride is the daughter of Claudia Soukenik Ogan of Warren and James M. Ogan of Columbiana. Parents of the groom are Kevin and Kathleen McGuire of Liberty.

Mary Meghan Worthington attended her sister as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Caitlin McGuire, sister of the groom, Katy Acerra, Erin Fink, Janine Sekulich, Elizabeth McDevitt, Nicole Sudano, Nicole Burgbacher and Susan Acerra. Abigail Hruby, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl.

Performing the duty of best man for his brother was James McGuire. Groomsmen were Sean McGuire, brother of the groom, Brian Foley, cousin of the groom, Tom Marsco, Dan Ford, Paul Evanoff, Zack Acerra, Dylan Acerra, Jason Ameen and Gordon Hartranft.

The new Mrs. McGuire is a 1997 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School. She earned her bachelor of science in education from Youngstown State University and her master’s degree in elementary education from Walsh University. She is a fourth-grade teacher at Westside Community School of the Arts in Cleveland.

Mr. McGuire is a 1998 graduate of Ursuline High School and earned his bachelor of arts in political science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is a financial adviser with Vantage Financial group in Independence.

Following a honeymoon in Rivera Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in Cleveland.
