YSU’s Perry named NABC all-District, first-team for second straight year

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches announced Wednesday that Youngstown State senior guard Kendrick Perry has been named to the 2013-14 NABC All-District Teams, which recognizes the nation’s best men’s basketball student-athletes.

Perry, a 2011-12 NABC all-District, second-team selection, was named to the all-District 12 first-team and is two-time, first-team pick. He also earned first-team honors in 2012-13.

Perry, a three-time all-Horizon League first-team selection, concluded his career collegiate career as Youngstown State Division I leading scorer with 1,991 career points, which also ranks third on the school’s all-time list.
