Lakeview boys win own invitational

The Lakeview boys track team won the invitational it hosted on Saturday with 127 points. Junior thrower Jordan Lowther paced the team winning both the discus and shot put. He threw for 151 feet and 48 feet, 10 inches in the respective events. Eric Harris also had a big day winning the 1600 with a time of 4:37. He was also part of the 4×800 team with Isaac Daffron, Christopher Eddie and Luke Brantingham. Eddie came in second in the 3200 with a time of 10:21. The Bulldogs 4×100 relay team placed second behind Chanel. Lincoln Hall, Zach kendall, Robbie Woodruff and Ben Biehl ran a time of 45.44. Hall placed second in the 110-meter hurdles with a 16.43. The girls team placed fifth with 65.5 points, with Megan Goedecker winning the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 49.08. Geena Gabriel of Pymatuning Valley won the long jump with a jump of 16 feet.
