The gas price at the pump jumped 20 cents today (Sunday). This is not good for anyone nor for the economy. Those on Wall Street have been quoted as saying $4 or $5 a gallon won't impact individual budgets. I wonder just how many of them actually own a car in New York city? How many drive to work? The prices of anything brought to the public will surely jump leaps and bounds. And more little businesses will struggle to make it. It is that small straw that just might break the camel's back.
