The Nicholson Center

Rob Nicholson, the owner and director of The Nicholson Center, hired a 15 year old boy, in July as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for The Nicholson Center. The job description in the Policy manual of the company is as follows: Acts as a Bus Aide to assist clients while boarding or leaving vehicles, monitors clients for safety and behavior while transporting, documents activity, provides for any and all personal care needs of clients as needed daily at TNC, Performs or assists with bathroom, hygiene, feeding, dressing, transport, lifting, etc., follows the direction and requests of Habilitation Specialists, carries out other mandatory requests or assigned duties from supervisors.
