Vote out the Reps that voted no on healthcare!

Time is up! Time to vote out any clown that voted no on the health-care reform! Remember, when they voted NO they voted for you to be turned down coverage for pr existing condition and basically said "GO DIE!"

To bad we can not vote out these Justices if they were to make the wrong decision and repeal health care and sentence millions to their demise. They would be the most hated right wingers on the planet.

Rick Scott pays less than $400 annually for subsidized health care Source: Associate Press

TALLAHASSEE -- Gov. Rick Scott, a critic of the federal health care overhaul, is paying less than $400 a year for health insurance for himself and his wife.

While Scott is accepting no salary for his job as governor, the multimillionaire and former hospital chain executive chose to enroll in the taxpayer-subsidized health insurance plan offered by the state of Florida.

Scott is among nearly 32,000 people in state government who pay relatively low health insurance premiums. It's a perk that is available to high-ranking state officials, including those in top management at all state agencies.

Nearly all 160 state legislators are also enrolled in the program that costs just $8.34 a month for individual coverage and $30 a month for family coverage.

@NomoreCrap I'm sorry for some things said but not about the poor people comment. I agree that the one who choose this is their own problem. On the other hand I have seen too many hard working people hit with hard times at the expense of being taken advantage of by the rich who does not have any comprehension of what hard work is. I hope this is not how you have made all your money.

Well Daniel just as your wishes for yourself have'nt come true, neither will your wish for financial hardship upon me. It's losers like you who waste their time wishing, winners like me go out and make things happen. The financial & political climate does'nt matter to me because I've already made all the money I'll ever need and only run a small business to occupy my time and have extra surplus. Apparently you don't read well either because I never called anyone scum, nor even think such a thing. What I do believe is all those who believe your lives will become enriched if the Republicans win the White House are morons. Especially since historically they have always sided with the wealthy. The only real chance the poor have is sympathetic Democrats remaining in office since you can at least count on them keeping social programs alive. Maybe you'd better study the Karmic effect of wishing bad luck on folks, it only worsens the condition of the hate filled idiot who does it!

@NomoreCrap I know you will never wake up! your a very mean person. Not all poor people are scum! Some are down on their luck. Some had it all until the recession. Some got sick and had everything taken from them to pay the sky high medical bills. I never have done this but I wish all the above on you and your family. Then maybe you will wake up and shut up!.....or maybe worse.

Absolutely right NoCrap, most people are simple minded followers of political popularity and can't live without it. Like DarthObama for example, poor angry woman who has no real point or position to declare. Just ignorant, angry, and mad with herself for being married to a drunken failure. A moron who told her their household suffers and they live in squalor because of the President.

I'm neither a fan of Obama or the GOP. If you read my comments correctly you'll find I am anti-politics of any kind. Mainly because they only solve the problems of poor people who need social programs to survive. I determine my own destiny and remained prosperous even while the Bush economy was at it's worse, and even through the mess handed Obama I'm still wealthy. If times get too tough for me to live my current lifestyle, only then will I begin ranting that we need tax cuts, spending & deficit control, or some particular candidate in office. Right now I'm good, and to the rest of you whining about Obama and other political foolishness get a better job instead of a politician! If Republicans were truly the answer, Bush had 8yrs. If Democrats were the answer, Obama had 3yrs. Here's the memo: No amount of voting & politics will change your prosperity if you're a born loser!

THIS VALLEY IS ACTUALLY CONSERVATIVE. THINK ABOUT IT. PHILISOPHICALLY, IF YOU TALK TO PEOPLE ON THE STREEET THEY ARE CONSERVATIVE. PEOPLE ARE DINO'S. THEY THINK THYE NEED TO VOTE DEMOCRAT. WHY?? BECAUSE WE HAVE NO REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES TO VOTE FOR.

Posted 386 days ago.

Was I right? Well all. you voted the republicans in again! How those of you with short memory's could even think like that is beyond me. But hey, its your choice and the choice you will have to live with again...

Yeah ok, let's drop President Obama's solution to the healthcare crisis in America in favor of the Republicans plan, what's the name of it again?

Posted 449 days ago.

I don't like Obamacare because it doesn't do enough. We need to model our system after Canada's system so all tax payers have healthcare. We must also allow people to buy their own better plans if they choose.

Something that really blows my mind, when you have a Democrat as President and Vice President, why vote for Republican's in the Congress and Senate. Change for the good, can't happen with both party's in control of the houses and the President's office. Our election process today, is not about doing what's right for this country, It's about which bully is going to beat the other bully this election. At first the Tea Party was a good sign, that things might change. But it turned out to me to be just a off shot party of the GOP do do the GOP's dirty work for them. The Tea party slung the mud at only the Democratic party, not at the GOP. When actually neither party was better than the other. Our whole election process, including term length's need to be changed. As ong as we have 2 party's in control things will never really change for the better. They know the real problems, and promise the moon in fixing them, until they are elected. Change those huge retirement packages and their heal

And while you Republicans and teabaggers are at it.......Up that social security age every two years because we all know that with the soaring cost of groceries and no wage increases we are all eating healthier and our best working years will be in our sixties!!!!!!!! You can't fix stupid I guess.

(previous post continued)

10. Can you afford to, or are you willing to pay double or triple the amount you are currently paying for your electric and heat as a result of the gov't fining the utility companies and them passing on the costs of the fines and gov't mandates to us?

Betcha 95% of residents would NOT give progressive answers (or even plain old liberal answers) to at least 9 out of 10 of those questions.

The funny thing is that in fact that probably 80% of people living here agree more with the Republican platform than your progressive platform. The only thing keeping them voting for the "D" is that their father did it and the misguided belief that Dems will help the union and Republicans will bust it. But you go ahead and keep deluding yourself, silly girl.

and another thing, covertgirl...

Guess what? This valley is not progressive. No, really, they aren't.

Gather up every citizen of Trumbull and Mahoning Counties and ask them these questions:

1. Do you want to pay more in taxes? 2. Are you pro-life or pro-abortion? 3. Do you believe America should have a strong military? 4. Do you believe America should develop defense to intercept missiles or bombs fired at her so the bombs/missiles never reach her? 5. Do you believe every American deserves the opportunity to work for a living, or do you believe every American, even if they are healthy and able bodied, should be able to depend on your tax dollars to pay their way? 6. Do you believe that the truly poor, disabled and elderly without a substantial income should be able to benefit from gov't programs? 7. Do you believe in God? 8. Do you believe in the right to keep and bear arms? 9. Do you believe the gov't should follow the constitution? 10. Can you afford to, or are you

thingsthatmakeyousayhmmm

covergirl, who the*****is "we"?

And everyone who voted no for obamacare did the right thing. First, because not a one of them read it (mainly because they didn't have time because you progressives pushed it thru before they could read it, knowing it was so full of bunk - as opposed to reform - that no one could vote yes for it, except the uber "progressives" aka socialists)

Not one person who voted "no" was against reform. NOT ONE. What they were against was that 2000 page monstrosity that called itself a bill, that created over 100 new bureaucracies, stole $500 BILLION from medicare, and unconstitutionally required every citizen to purchase a product, whether they needed it or not (and there's more garbage in that 2000 pages, but I don't have time to list it all).

It was reform fubar'd that would cost more to implement than would have been gained from it (not to mention stealing $500 billion from our seniors who TRULY NEED gov't healthcare).
