what happened to article comments?

we can't comment on articles anymore? probably a good thing, because most of you are really dumb. lol for real though. you enjoy the perceived anonymity of messageboards...that makes you feel better, be about it. :) that said, any statement on if/when comments come back? because i enjoy laughing at most of y'all. anyway, headed to margherita's in girard for some delicious dinner. come down and give me a headnod, i'll be the bald-headed guy with the hot wife.

still no comments and if anyone has noticed, The forum link is now missing at the top of the site. I only was able to get to this due to posting already. Done with the Trib, moving to the vindy. Hope this paper goes belly up. As it obviously doesn't care about its' reader base.

Bitcoin, and other crypto currencies like it, are no "Tulip Mania". They are here to stay. Is there risk? Absolutely. However, Is your dollar going to be soon rejected as the world reserve currency sneding it's value into the dust bin of history soon. Once again, absolutely!

Opinions vary. We shall see.

North Korea warns 'war comes without an advertisement,' putting South Korea on high alert.

reallytiredofit....For thousands of years we have used paper currencies on this planet. For awhile, in the 1620s and 1630s, tulips were used as a currency...or an instrument to conduct of trade.

In the last 40 years, the technological advances we have made as a species is staggering. I can now sit here in my living room and send a message to my friend in Thailand in less than a second.

My point, paper currencies are dying. Technology will now be incorporated into that aspect of our lives as well. That is where we are moving....to a cashless society.Everything will be digital. It cannot be stopped.

United, a small number of investment funds have investments in Bitcoin. Not sure what's riskier binary strings or threads woven into paper!

Isn't it wonderful, unitedfortruth, I have a boodle in Bitcoin. That is how I am able to live in my 10,000 square foot home and look down my nose at everyone. It also has permitted me to spend all my time, sometimes up to 20 hours a day, posting great truths about the evils of Obama on this site. I did get tendonitis in my wrist from switching back and forth between my many sign in names though. I'm concerned that Obamacare won't pay for it because it is self inflicted but if they don't I'll just buy the Cleveland Clinic and have it done there.

Looks like a very white Christmas coming up this year! Beautiful snowflakes falling, jingle bells ringing, children playing in the snow. A scene from It's A Wonderful Life. Christmas is what we make it.

realytieredofit, you just made my point. It does not matter who we are talking about, Rush, Hannity, Maddow, Mathews, Sharton or Orielly. They all have opinions. You are correct. BUT, the lazy John Doe public will take those opinions as FACTS and the truth. You have to admit, it is more so on the left. If an " opinion " show reports it, it stands in the peoples minds as fact. It happens on the right also, so do not think I am saying it does not. People are lazy when it comes ot creating thier OWN opinion anymore. They simply rely on cable news, the politcians themselves, thier preacher, thier lover or thier collge professor to tell them what thier opinions should be. For the most part, we have become a society where rhetoric and propoganda rule over actually using your own head to decide what the facts are. If Hannity said the sky is red, the far right would agree. If Sharpton said the world is flat, the left would agree. Yes, I honestly feel many people have become that stu

Woof! I know Rush BS and OReilly BS. You first have to recognize they are opinion shows. Either agree or disagree. All sides try to lay fact at opinions doorstep!

"tell more truths "

Right there is the problem. Too many people are too darn lazy to learn the TRUTH. If Sharpton said it, it MUST be true. If Rush said it, is MUST be true. There are way too many lazy people who will not bother to change a channel to hear ALL sides of any debate. This country right now is so full of people who will not even remotely attempt to learn the facts. Society has become lazy to the point that we can not spend more time than it takes to hear a sound clip, to learn the facts and truths.

And they have way bigger audiences than the liberal trash talkers and race hustlers.

I'm not big Rush and O'Reilly fan, Mark Levin is the Great One. But Rush and O'Reilly blow away the liberal media, and tell more truths than the MSNBC crowd. How well did talk radio work out for Al Franken

wctv44281 Did you watch the Orielly show in question? The liberal media totally edited it to fit thier purpose.

Maybe we should just start forum threads on stories that catch our eye since it appears that the Trib will not be allowing discussion any time soon.

@Daniel, I'm sure the people who really benefited by looting our country and devaluing our currency will be safe overseas, on private islands, or in underground bunkers.
