VIENNA -- The Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport has received a $448,767 federal grant for construction of an aircraft taxiway to the new T-hangar under construction here.
The Federal Aviation Administration grant will be used to build a 365-foot taxiway that will meet federal standards.
Work for the T-hangar building taxi lane began July 10, said Dan Dickten, director of aviation. Leases already have been signed for 11 of the 14 units in the new hangar building.
