By COLIN HARRIS , Tribune Chronicle

COMING FRIDAY: Liberty Township trustees on Thursday accepting a bid from Shelly and Sands Inc. for road resurfacing.

The roads set to be paved include Hadley Avenue, Roosevelt Drive, Northview Boulevard and part of Ravine Drive, stretching from Sampson Road to Staunton Road. All of the roads are in the general area of Northside Medical Center.

Shelly and Sands' bid, which was recognized as the lowest bid, came in at $269,500, according to fiscal officer Steve Shelton.

Of that total, roughly $134,000 will come from grant money the township received last year. The remaining $135,000 is a local match from township funds.
