Airport reports good half
VIENNA - The number of passengers flying in and out of Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport increased by nearly 50 percent for the first half of the year over this time last year, airport officials announced.
Total passenger count as of June 30 was 65,296, a 48 percent increase over the 42,769 passengers utilizing the local airport during the first six months of 2013.
More than 18,165 passengers utilized 60 flights here during the month of June alone, airport management said.

First Niles Financial shares were unchanged in trading Tuesday to close at $9 a share. Cortland Bancorp regained 50 cents to close at $12.50 a share.
