McKinley Memorial Library concerts are from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Concerts are held indoors if weather is inclement.
Concerts are sponsored by Farmers National Bank, First Place Bank Community Foundation, the Friends of the Library and the Bauman Estate.
The Friends of the Library Summer Lawn Picnic will be July 10 with music, food and giveaways.

The library will offer weekly activities for teens ages 12-18 from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday afternoons in the auditorium. No registration is required.

Toddlers and preschoolers ages 18 months to 5 years can sign up for the "Read to Me Program" designed to engage parents and young children in activities that will build early literacy skills.
Toddler Storytimes (18 months to 3 years) meet at 10 a.m. Monday mornings in the auditorium on July 14, 21 and 28 for 45 minutes of stories, songs, fingerplays, rhymes and crafts.
Preschool Storytimes (4 to 5 years) meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday mornings in the auditorium on July 15, 22 and 29 for one hour of stories, music, fingerplays, games and crafts.
School-aged children in grades kindergarten through fifth are invited to sign up for the Independent Readers Program designed to encourage children to read over the summer months. All programs are 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

McKinley Memorial Library announced public availability of thousands of movies, television shows, music albums and audiobooks available for mobile and online access through a new partnership with hoopla digital. Patrons can enjoy thousands of titles from major Hollywood studios, record companies and publishers - available to borrow for instant streaming or temporary downloading to their smartphones, tablets and computers. Hoopla digital is offered at no cost to patrons via browser, Android and IOS. The service requires a McKinley Memorial Library card to access. McKinley Memorial Library offers free digital download services for audiobooks, e-books, magazines and music. OneClickDigital, a free audiobook download service, is available from Recorded Books and Zinio Digital Magazines. Check out these free services available to library members with a valid, in good standing library card.
Technology educator Cynthia Casterline is available for one-on-one 45 minute sessions at the library to assist with technical questions, downloadable devices, laptops and other topics. Call the library at 330-652-1704, Ext. 212, for exact times and availability.
