One killed and three hurt in Toledo shooting
TOLEDO - Authorities say one person has been killed and three others are hurt after what is believed to be a gang-related shooting on a street in Toledo.
Police say that a group of about 10 men walked up to a house in central city and started firing Sunday around 3 p.m.
Police say one person was killed, two were in serious condition at Toledo Hospital and another suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Lt. Frank Ramirez told The Blade that witnesses were afraid to talk for fear of retaliation. The Toledo Police Department's gang unit was at the scene, where eight houses were roped off by crime scene tape.
Police believe at least 10 shots were fired.

Former sheriff fined for misspending funds
TOLEDO - A former sheriff in northwestern Ohio has been fined $1,000 for misspending government funds.
Former Ottawa County sheriff Robert Bratton pleaded guilty earlier this year to improperly spending more than $5,000 from federal funds earmarked for law enforcement needs.
He could have been sentenced to several months in jail.
U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary instead sentenced Bratton on Thursday to a fine and one year's probation.
Bratton was sheriff in Ottawa County from 2004 to 2011. He said he repaid the money and apologized in court.
Prosecutors say he spent some of the money on items including clothing and tickets for Cedar Point.
