State organization elects local man president: Canfield resident Timothy A. Chesney, a longtime area care provider and Warren-area businessman, was elected 2014-15 president of Ohio Health Care Association, the state's largest long-term care association. As the CEO of MSTC Development, Inc., Warren, Chesney owns, operates and provides management to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Northeast Ohio. A 20-year licensed nursing home administrator, Chesney began working in the long term care community as a housekeeper and a nurse aide, moving on to administrator before his management and ownership career. OHCA is a non-profit association of more than 850 skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and providers serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing care for 66,000 individuals.
