Inmate walks away from St. Joe's
WARREN - Authorities on Friday were looking for a Trumbull County Jail inmate who walked away from St. Joseph Health Center. As of 11 p.m., police said he had still not been found.
Police searched the area around the hospital after Richard Harker, 33, who is described as 6-foot-6-inches tall, about 290 pounds and wearing an orange jail jumper, walked away from the hospital shortly before 3 p.m. He was reported missing to police at 3:30 p.m.
Jail officials said he is facing domestic violence charges and two counts of theft from Warren, two counts of theft from Niles and one count of theft from Girard.

1 hurt as van flips over in I-680 crash
YOUNGSTOWN - Wet roads may have played a role in a traffic crash on Interstate 680 on Thursday.
Tribune Chronicle news partner WYTV-33 reported a van flipped onto its roof in the southbound lane near the U.S. Route 422 exit around 4 p.m.
Reports indicate there were three people in the van, including an infant in a car seat. Only the male driver suffered minor injuries.
Traffic was backed up for a few minutes until police arrived on scene to direct traffic.
