WARREN -- The board of directors of The Raymond John Wean Foundation announced that it has selected Jennifer Roller to be the Foundation's next president.
Roller has been with the Foundation since 2007 serving as program officer and most recently as vice president and acting president.
She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in education, both from Youngstown State University. Before coming to the Foundation, she was director of Upward Bound and SCOPE at Youngstown State University, programs that seek to improve test scores and increase the enrollment and persistence of first generation students in post-secondary education.
